By virtue of an Execution issued out of State of Alabama Department of Revenue of Mobile County, Alabama, and to me directed whereby I am commanded to make the amount of a certain Judgment recently obtained against STEVEN L. BRUNSON aka STEVEN LEE BRUNSON, in favor of State of Alabama, Department of Revenue out of goods, chattels, lands, and tenements of the said, I have levied on the following property, to wit: STEVEN L. BRUNSON aka STEVEN LEE BRUNSON.

TH W 245.5', TH N 206.4' TH E 245.5' TO THE POB SEC 34-T2S-R3E DB382 PG 92 (WD).

 

Therefore according to said command, I shall expose for sale at public auction, all the rights, title and interest of the above named in and to the above described property, on the 14TH day of JULY,  2014 AT 12:00 NOON,  on the steps of the Courthouse of Baldwin County, Alabama.

By virtue of an Execution issued out of State of Alabama Department of Revenue of Mobile County, Alabama, and to me directed whereby I am commanded to make the amount of a certain Judgment recently obtained against RANDALL O. DAVIS, in favor of State of Alabama, Department of Revenue out of goods, chattels, lands, and tenements of the said, I have levied on the following property, to wit: RANDALL O. DAVIS.

 

Commence at an iron pin marker at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, and run thence North 89 degrees 53' 30" East, a distance of 791.4 feet; thence run South 00 degrees 06' East, 38.63 feet to a Point on the South margin of County Highway Number 34 for the Point of Beginning; thence run North 89 degrees 53' 30" East, 4.65 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 00 degrees 06' 00" East, 252.04 feet to an iron pin; thence run South 89 degrees 51' 13" West, 148.20 feet to an iron pin; thence run North 00 degrees 12' 14" West, 159.88 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to a 30 foot  wide ingress/egress and utility easement over and across the Eastern 30 feet thereof.   Parcel contains 0.33 acres, more or less, and lies in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, Baldwin County, Alabama.

 

Therefore according to said command, I shall expose for sale at public auction, all the rights, title and interest of the above named in and to the above described property, on the 14TH day of JULY,  2014 AT 12:00 NOON,  on the steps of the Courthouse of Baldwin County, Alabama.

LOWERY,  and in favor PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SPANISH COVE  on the 10TH day of  APRIL, 2013 at the June Term of the District Court,  I Huey Hoss Mack, as Sheriff of Baldwin County, Alabama, will sell to the highest bidder, for cash, in front of the Courthouse door of said County and State, on the 14th day of JULY, 2014 within the legal hours of sale 12:00 Noon, the following described property, to-wit:
